1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the VoyceBook Service, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use VoyceBook.
2. SaaS License & Access
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, VoyceBook grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business operations.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
3. Subscription & Billing
VoyceBook offers both free and paid subscription plans.
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Fair Usage Policy
Our platform is designed for legitimate business finance operations. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that demonstrate abusive behavior, such as excessive API calls, spamming, or fraudulent activity.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content provided by you), features, functionality, design, and graphics are and will remain the exclusive property of VoyceBook and its licensors.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoyceBook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Mumbai, India.
